We want you to order with confidence and we WANT the garments to fit. To remove any problem or doubt about ordering from us, we offer a NO quibble return policy if the garment is not what you want.*

 * Garments must be unused.


All Galibier products are designed and produced with honesty and passion. Should a problem arise- At Galibier we strive to handle all returns quickly and to your satisfaction. Please state clearly the problem and include a copy of the original proof of purchase. Faulty items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded following evaluation by the Galibier Customer Services team. Our returns rate is under 2% and Warranty replacement is 0.3%, None would be ideal but we might have an issue with one in 300 garments which we try to resolve asrapidly as possible.

TO RETURN A GARMENT, Please enclose a copy of the original sale invoice, along with a note describing your requirements, and post to an address below.


At Galibier we take pride in our products. If a garment has failed to meet your expectations, we offer a free repair service to ensure you get value for money. Even if the garment has been crashed, we can still arrange a repair at cost.
