We want our garments to fit and protect and you to love them.

1, As cyclists we have a desire to wear and sell good kit that you can trust. If you find that you are not happy with ANY Galibier product or would prefer a different size, Please return it to us for a fast resolution. 6 days a week, we send out garments returned for resizing within 24 hours of arrival. ALL refunds are also processed with goodwill, same day.  In 2023 our combined returns for re-sizing and refunds were 3.8% of sales.

2, IMPORTANT: It is essential to check that the item is perfect and fits you before using it. Correct Fitting is a personal choice. Using the garment means you are happy with the fit.  As we cannot resell, we DO-NOT exchange/refund used garments.

3, We post fast, With a free option in UK or Ireland and subsidised at under cost price for the Rest of the World.  We aim to retail at the lowest price possible and operate a lean profit margin- so the customer pays for return post. 

4, Please send it back to us with original documentation and in an UNUSED condition, within 30 days. Garments must have original tags to enable resell and be un-tampered with. 

We are strict on these returns conditions. 30 days is a fair period to try on a garment to see if it suits you. 

Returning Your Product

We’ve tried to make our returns process as easy as possible.

  1. Write on the back of the delivery invoice and tell us which items you are returning, why you’re returning them and whether you want a refund, replacement or an exchange.
  2. Carefully pack the items you’re returning, along with the delivery note and reuse original postal bag .

As we ship our products free where possible, return items are at the customers expense. 

International Returns

Please choose a preferred delivery company and send the package back to the returns address. To avoid customs charges for returned goods. Please make sure you mark your package with: “Goods Returned Under Warranty”.
