Like all good mitts, they should be neat fitting, a loose glove will move around and cause abrasion. Measure right around your knuckle and compare to chart below. A good fitting mitt should be pulled off one finger at a time.

These are tight! I would order a size up.
Once on they fit like a… no, really, they are superb quality and super cool on the hottest days. No padding, but I like that in a summer road bike glove. Recommended for summer road rides so you can feel the bars.

The best gloves I have tried yet. Close-fitting without feeling restrictive and thin enough for great feel on the bars whilst keeping your grip comfortable

Nice gloves, thin padding which I like, pull on, ride, pull off, done, wash every now and again, sorted.

When looking for a summer cycling mitt I tend to prefer something thin, which lets me feel the bars, and unobtrusive. The Echelon mitts fit that description perfectly and at Galibier’s normal great value. Highly recommended if you’re after a no-nonsense, thin summer glove for road riding.

I used these on Transcontinental No 6 and found them brilliant. They have covered probably over 10,000 km now and been subjected to all sorts of grime, sweat, heat and have remained undamaged and unstretched despite becoming rather unsavoury at times!
I’d be sad if I lost them so going to buy a second pair just in case. I just can’t remember what size I ordered the first time around as the label has vanished (or I cut it out maybe)

Galibier, once again, how do you manage to produce such great quality kit at such competitive prices? These gloves just dwarf anything I’ve worn before, from Specialized, Endura and Castelli. The palms are thin and snug, the backs stretchy and breathable. They’re not easy to get off, but that’s fine because I wanted a snug fit. If you want padding, these aren’t for you but if you want quality, featherweight, fitting and understated gloves that look like they’ll last a long time, then you won’t go wrong. I’m impressed.

Bought these and wore them for the first time in the 100 CFC Sportive at the weekend, good temperature control and grip with little movement of the glove. Personally I’d prefer a little more padding as they literally have a thin layer of layer (as per the accurate description which states ‘minimal padding’) as the comfort did diminish slightly after 5 hours. Usual Galibier quality and speed of service – can’t fault. Probably not your ideal mitt if like me you prefer a little more comfort though.
