A versatile, mid-weight Cycling jersey to keep you warm in Spring and Autumn.

This jersey is constructed from a warm and comfortable Roubaix fleece fabric. This long sleeve jersey is a versatile performer that can be layered up to suit a variety of riding conditions to keep you warm when you ride. In the depths of winter, you can wear this Roubaix Long Sleeve Jersey with an additional layer for full protection, while the Roubaix fabric offers great thermal performance suitable for autumn and spring conditions.

This high-stretch fabric traps warm air close to the skin, creating its own micro-climate around you and keeping the chill away. In changeable weather, the full-length zip allows you to ventilate fresh air and keep you cool if the sun comes out mid-ride to warm things up. It is relaxed cut, so you won’t feel restricted in any way, just comfortable.

You can wear this long sleeve jersey on its own, or for chilly conditions you can use it along with a base layer, gilet, or jacket without over-heating. Three, small rear pockets that enable you to carry your ride essentials and there’s a zipped pocket for your valuables. It’s finished off in plain, Very Orange, which gives the jersey a modern yet timeless appeal. Reflective Panel on orange or logo print on the rear pockets.

Odour resistant, excellent perspiration wicking and thermoregulation. Standard, relaxed fitting, so you can size down if a tight fit is required.

180cm, 39in chest, 75 kilos, got the large and it’s a good fit. A bit of room, not too tight, which is what I wanted.

Very comfortable. Feels great on. Wore it with a short sleeve base layer in 5-10 degrees and was comfortable without overheating.

Got the orange which really stands out.

Premium quality and great service from Galibier as always.

  2. Hugo Diepman

Possibly the only item I own from Galibier that isn’t 5*. The garment itself is quality, perfect for spring, autumn, and cooler periods in the summer but the fit seems to be off for me. The torso is too long, the sleeves slightly too short and it’s somewhat too loose. Might be a personal issue, that my dimensions are just caught between different sizes. I’m 195 cm (6’5″) and 100 kg and have a XXL.

  3. Andrew Homer

First ride today. Absolutely brilliant top. Fits perfectly. 5ft 9in and 77kg. Large is great.
10degrees setting off and kept at the perfect temp. Can see adding a layer underneath or a gilet it will be perfect in winter. Highly recommend.
    Fantastic quality.

  4. Colin Whelan (verified owner)

Lovely and cosy for a dry but cool day, this has been a Godsend since the weather has cooled .
I bought two of these in bright orange when you had an offer on recently, and love the colour and the reflective middle pocket.
Pockets are nice and deep and well placed for easy access to the contents.
Even if the weather cools some more, it can be worn with a base layer. (Down to about 10° by itself, down to about 5°with a base layer for me)
The only slight quibble is the length of the sleeves ~ they are a little too long.
    Great stuff again Galibier!!

Received today and cannot see the weather changing for the need to wear this item, but have tried it on and it is a good fit arms are long but will be ok I’m sure.
    Chose a large and fitted well of a t- shirt. I’m 5’6, 40inch chest, 32/33inch waist.
Will follow up with a more relevant review once put to a test.
    Thanks Galibier

I opted for the orange jersey. It’s a very vivid colour which is just what I wanted. Pockets are great for me (both placement and size). I’m 76kg and 173 cm tall. I’ve a 39 inch chest and was hoping the medium size would fit. It was too snug so I returned it for a large which fits great. Very pleased with the jersey, which extends to the help of the Galibier people in sorting out my exchange for a larger size.

  7. mikee500

Brought this jersey in orange, it’s been one of my go to bits of kit for chilly autumn days and evening’s, paired with a base layer and galibier gilet it’s perfect down to colder temps, I’m 5.10 and 11.7stone and medium is perfect, I don’t know how galibier does it at such prices and quality but please keep it up, wish I’d discovered you before I purchased other brands

  8. matthew.babirecki (verified owner)

I first discovered Galibier when purchasing some gloves. Very impressed, so since then I have moved onto bigger items like the Roubaix jersey. It is great value for money. I like decent quality kit, but I don’t want to spend a fortune. The nature of the British weather means I have already worn summer and winter gear since buying this for spring rides. It is a good fit (I’m 175cm, 72kg,bought medium). The material is great, and the orange is great for visibility. The main pockets are a decent size, but the zip pocket is only big enough for keys or loose change. I’ve worn this with both long and short sleeve base layers. Great around 10-12 degrees (breezy), but briefly felt a bit chilly when setting off at lower temperatures (around 7 degrees). But that’s usually the case when I haven’t warmed up. I probably need to look at adding a gilets to get me down to 5 degrees when I get back to commuting.

I bought one of these tops in November and have worn it through the winter with a merino baselayer and a Galibier gillet. Really excellent on some very cold mornings. I’m 185 cm and 90 kg with 115 cm chest and bought an XXL. This is a perfect fit with baselayer underneath. I have long arms and again the fit is spot on. Highly recommend

  10. Mark Henderson

172cm 68kg, long arms and legs, short torso. Small fits brilliantly not too tight but not too much extra material.

Took it for its first spin this morning. It kept me warm at 6 degrees and did a good job of keeping me cool also when it hit 15 degrees.

    Absolutely delighted with this jersey

  11. Mike Owen (verified owner)

Bought my ROUBAIX LONG SLEEVE JERSEY a few months ago now and I like it so much I’ve worn it a few times under a big jumper around the house on cold days, on the bike it’s great – the sizing is good with a close but not constrictive fit on the body and the long arms mean I don’t get cold wrists (better long than too short for me). The pockets are a good size and well placed, nice and deep. The neck and collar are as I’d want them to be, I don’t notice them when I’m riding. Excellent kit, great materials and cut all for a brilliant price.

  12. Tom (verified owner)

    Really nice midweight jersey.

I’m 42-44″ chest, 36″ waist, 6ft and about 90kg, with broad shoulders and a long back. I initially bought an XL, as I wear an XL in the Tempest Pro rain jacket, which fits well. The XL Roubaix really does come up XL – long arms, baggy around the chest, but not unwearably so. Came down over my backside, though, and very long arms.

“Fits to size” is about right: I re-ordered Large and it’s spot on – nicely fitted, not too long in the back, and the arm length will do. Not _quite_ ‘race fit’, but nothing bagging out. So I’d recommend ordering to size.

Also, no idea if the pockets have been redesigned or not, but mine all seem to be evenly sized, square across the base. Looking forward to some long rides in this one.

  13. kevin low (verified owner)

Great bit of kit. Nice quality garment that fits me nicely. Size large for my just shy of 40inch chest, just the right length at the back and the sleeves are perfect too. Worn with the Barrier base layer and Izoard gilet on top with the temperature at 5 degrees and the wind chill making it feel colder I was comfortably warm.

  14. michael.smith22 (verified owner)

Overall, a warm, generally well fitting jersey. For me the arms are slightly too long. My main issue is the collar. I don’t know if it’s my particular jersey but the collar seems overly long and the fabric sits untidly/awkwardly around my neck. I own lots of galibier stuff and this is the only piece of clothing I am a bit hmmmmm about.

  15. Bobby

Amazing bit of kit. Looks lovely and seems to be the perfect jersey for airoso weather. It keeps me warm, dry or cool, depending on what’s needed! Lovely big pockets that don’t sag, and the big reflective patch is nearly like having an extra light

  16. Jon Patterson (verified owner)

top top quality – don’t even bother looking elsewhere – worn with Barrier base layer and Gino Pro gilet and I was ok on a ride that started at 5 degrees and dropped to 1 degree, also Galiier leg warmer, socks and gloves, this is abroad that makes great kit, that looks god but also functions well. Fits true to size, I wore a Medium, (6ft 2, 13st)

  17. Mr ian kennedy (verified owner)

I am 6,2 inch, a 39 inch chest and waist 36 inch 80 kgs. A large fit is good – plus delivery was prompt.

The back pocket I am fine with with but (as others have said) the sleeve are too long. I normally struggle with sleeves that are too short , -so please take note Galiber and reduce down the sleeves by at least 3/4 inch.

  18. David Mehlhorn (verified owner)

Following advice from Galibier towers, I ordered an XXL in black which is one up from my usual size. Personally I find it is most useful when someone puts up their own body measurements to help others decide what would fit them best, and so in the interests of humanity, well cyclists anyway, I’m 5’10, 43 inch chest and 34 inch waist. The XXL fits me perfectly around the neck, shoulders, chest and stomach area, not skin tight but close fitting. It is a little loose in the arms but as I wore a base layer under this, it wasn’t a problem. The arms are a little long but this is a good thing as I can tuck them into my gloves and not have any draughts up the sleeves. So I wore it with a merino base layer under and my Galibier gillet over and I was toasty despite wind and rain on my 90 minute spin. 95% of my cycling clothing is Galibier. Can’t see any reason to change this.

  19. Ben Sheldon (verified owner)

Great jersey and great price. It’s very well made with a nice warm fabric. The pockets are different from other jerseys but I don’t find this an issue. It is tight fitting. I’m 6ft 1 weighing 72kg and the medium is just right with enough room for a thin base layer underneath. I’d definitely size up if you intend to wear more layers or a thicker layer. I’m definitely a Galibier fan, especially after seeing on social media how customer focused they are. Highly recommended.

  20. John Milbank (verified owner)

After initially receiving the top, & worrying it appeared quite thin, I thought I’d persevere & try it on a ride. Today was 2 degrees, and teamed with a good base layer & a gilet, I was perfectly warm. Dont let the thinness decieve you. It’s a lovely fitting top. I’m a 44″ chest & got a xxl. The arms are ling, but perfect in length, sitting perfectly over my gloves.
My only gripe is the odd smaller side pockets and the one big middle pocket. My gels hung out the top of the side pockets and my phone ended up landscape in the middle pocket.
    Another quality product from Galibier.cc

  21. Robert Gubbins (verified owner)

Received today, great fit and packaging, really impressed with the quality.
Will be buying more Galibier products

  22. adgatez (verified owner)

Great top however I find the sleeves are actually too long for me. I purchased a Medium, I am admittedly on the shorter side (5’6″) but the sleeves are a good 2 inches too long and I have to roll them up in order the to wear the jacket. The fit elsewhere is spot on though. Everything else is fantastic though and the same great quality I have come to expect from Galibier.

  23. Lee (verified owner)

Wonderful long sleeve jersey, lovely soft fabric, well made, nice bright colour with some reflective trim, ideal for morning and evening rides. Great fit (6’3″, 42-44 chest, 34-36 waist). Only negative, as mentioned by others…… pockets. Not your usual 3 pocket setup. Middle pocket wider than usual, so 2 side pockets are narrower but also not as deep, as they taper down to the side-seam. Side pockets are only good for small items (1 road tube, multi-tool, gas). Too small for mini-pump, phone, CX tube, so everything ends up in the big middle pocket. Not a deal-breaker by any means, but perhaps V2 would have no taper on side pockets, and/or middle pocket gives up some space to side pockets.

  24. matt.coxy (verified owner)

As usual – fantastic quality from Galibier. All of my (commuting) gear is from here. This is perfect for me – I don’t feel the cold like other cyclists (wear shorts all year round) and will be wearing this with the quilted gilet in temps of 0 – 6 and then I have the ventultra gilet for 6 – 10 and then by itself when it hits 10 degrees and above. My only criticism is the description of ‘orange’. It doesn’t match my other orange items (a famous bag brand plus galibier stuff) which is a shame. I’d describe it as closer to red to be honest. Ordered the large for my 40″ chest – all good, fits perfect (and I have a small belly poking out too)

  25. Eric (verified owner)

Bought it before the cold weather and was very satisfied with this soft long sleeve jersey. I used it with only base layer and it keeps me warm the whole ride all the time. For some reason it gives me more and more confidence to keep on going in some grueling ride. Good job Galibier.

  26. Adam Hutton (verified owner)

    Brought 4 of these
great for layering up in cold weather
also great with just a base layer as weather gets warmer

  27. Aaron (verified owner)

I picked this up at the end of the summer. Wore through the autumn. Really top quality product. I’m a long time galibier fan and this is another highly recommended product. At this price bracket you are getting a product that is practical, stylish, well made that would normally cost you twice the price

  28. Steve brown (verified owner)

Great quality again from Galibier. Top customer service on returns and exchanges. Lovely feel to the jersey and perfect fit. Extremely orange. As a few others have mentioned the pockets could be a little deeper.

  29. Jimmy (verified owner)

I bought my jersey in early February but didn’t get to wear it until last week, I find this to be a lively jersey to wear, the colour is very bright which I prefer, the fit is good, my only quibble would be the pockets, for me they are too shallow, I was constantly checking to see if my phone and other bits were still there, other than that, it’s all good

  30. matt (verified owner)

I happly give Galibier 5 stars for the company, customer service and design appearance (I am a repeat customer), but I have some issues with the jersey, which incidentally looks gorgeous.

    1. The cuffs are loose but the forarms are tight. I know everyone is built diffrently but the material is stretchy so why so the wrist could be tighter and stretch if need be, like the forearm.
    2. The zip is fragile. It came apart the second time I wore the top. Again, each person is a different shape but I am not large around the stomach/hips so was surprised that the zip came apart. I now have to fasten it really carefully to avoid it coming apart again. A more robust zip would benefit the top.
    3. The biggest problem for me is the rear pockets. They are functionally far from usable for me. They are too baggy, the elastic tops are not tight enough and the shape of the pockets are awkward, i.e. I wouldn’t carry my phone in the pockets as it sticks out of the 2 side pockets and it isn’t held securely in the big centre one. There is a lot of surplus material around the base of the pocket area so it’s difficult to feel around while you’re riding. That’s without gloves on. With gloves it’s almost impossible to use the pockets.

  31. Simon Gibbs (verified owner)

I got my Roubaix jersey last week and decided to take it for a 20 mile spin today. I have to say the material is lovely and even though it was an overcast June day I wasn’t too warm and barely noticed it which I think is always the sign of good cycling clothing.

In terms of constructive criticism I’d say the pockets are a tad shallow and the collar could do with being a bit tighter. I’ve got a 16″ neck and when zipped up the collar is flapping around when it should be tight to my neck.

Other than that it’s brilliant. My first item from Galibier and I will definitely being ordering more from you in the future.

  32. mark killops (verified owner)

have worn this jersey twice now since receiving it with a light base layer..it has kept me warm without over heating great fit and nice long sleeves super soft fabric…GREAT mid temperature jersey….and super fast delivery …many thanks Galibier

  33. Steve (verified owner)

As usual for Galibier this is a top quality item. It is perfect for colder rides where a jacket is too warm and a normal jersey not warm enough. It is a super soft fabric that’s really comfortable to wear and I have been surprised how much use that it’s had (as I didn’t know I needed one before the purchase). As always it was delivered very quickly.

….Yet another Galibier product that I’d heartily recommend.

  34. Jon (verified owner)

This jersey is a perfect mid weight layer, With a base layer underneath it is warm enough for early morning commute, add a gilet and it covers most bases without ever getting over warm. Very soft on the inside which adds to the cosy warmth and the smooth bright orange outside makes you stand out on the road. The sleeves are good and long so no gaps around the cuff to the gloves and a nice high collar to keep the wind out,
    A great jersey.

  35. Jim Doyle

    Great clothing for all weather

  36. Nigel Ellul (verified owner)

Wore today with a long sleeved base layer and was perfect for our winter. Comfort is exceptional and material is so soft. The feel is great. The length of the sleeves and the height of the collar make it a great garment. Ideal garment to layer and the colour is so………orange.

  37. dasmahatme (verified owner)

Used this for first time today with thin base layer on crisp February day.Very good heat retention ,without sweating, and great fit with very comfy soft fabric.Usual useful pockets including zipped one.
Went for large as I am just under a 40 inch chest and have long arms and perfect fit. Could be used in a large variety of conditions by layering up or down and likely on it’s own later in the year.
Another great garment from Galibier !
