These are excellent for the price, the optical quality is not far of a pair of Julbo’s I have that cost several times more, and, as other’s have noted, the venting is excellent, the only time I have had them steam up is when stopping on a sweaty climb, but they clear as soon as you start moving. I got the Tortoise / Gold version, which give good contrast, my only wish these came in choice of tints, the plasma/gold lens has a coolish blue tint, I generally prefer warmer tints on sunglasses.

Excellent, light and comfortable, they haven’t steamed up on even the coldest day during a hot climb. fit nicely under helmet. Polaroid lense really makes a difference when the sun glares off the wet roads.
Service was great, first pair were faulty (not something you should be concerned about, clearly a one off) i was sent a replacement along with a returns posted paid envelope to send back the other pair. If only all online retailers had this level of customer care!

I love these glasses. I only ever wore Oakleys before I bought these but now I tend to leave the more expensive ones at home and wear these instead. Love the style of them and they are super comfortable. You dont get that “fish bowling” effect that you get with some other brands and they adapt really well in different light conditions.

TortiseShell Frame with Gold Plasma Lens really happy with these brought in early summer and have been excellent in all conditions. Work especially well when in transition from bright light to dark shade. Vents work well in the rain.

Very clear lenses, had no issues with them fogging up either. Airflow was great and kept my face feeling cool without being distracting. Styling is understated and classic. No issues with fit, forgot they were on at times.
Come with a nice solid case and bag, wish it also came with a lens cleaner / care leaflet. But that is my only, albeit tiny niggle.

First ride yesterday in rather mixed conditions November in UK. Glasses performed brilliantly, clear and entirely fog free whilst riding. Feel comfortable on, fit nicely with Kask Mojito helmet the arms are quite slim and minimal. What i like about these glasses is the fact that there are no thin bits of plastic that the nose bridges affix to or weak parts of he frame that ultimately seem to corrode (quite quickly, 1 season with last pairs of other glasses).

I recently purchased these awesome surveillance optics and they are the best I’ve ever owned. The quality and feel to the glasses is unreal.
The cool design gives it a retro look a bit like the Ray Ban Wayfarers , bringing style and substance to your ride.
Totally recommend these to any keen cyclist , they beat the top brands.

Was unsure of styling and missed the existing customer offer on launch but after seeing a fellow rider with these I made the purchase, they looked great. First outing was in the velodrome, no sun in Scotland as yet! They worked great, despite a tough training session indoors there was no movement or steaming up. Next up a mixed weather ride of 100 miles, handled transition from sun to cloud, not too dark and great optics, the white model with polarised lens sharpens everything up. There is a bit of light round edges and frame is slightly visible, but perfectly acceptable. Finish is good, ive owned expensive Oakley glasses and these are not far off, and much cheaper. They are better looking than most too. I’ve uses a few pairs of Lazer and Tifosi shades, but I’m glad to have went for Galibier. If I am being honest and vain they just look cool paired up with the leather mitts, vittoria shoes on my stainless steel bike… Everything modern with touch of retro style. Brilliant!

Amazing, really, how Galibier can get it so right first time! Firstly, the style, which for my money manages to hint at a retro look while still looking modern. Secondly, these don’t slip off the bridge of my nose. Thirdly, the arms fit under all three of the helmets I have in rotation. Fourthly, they don’t fog up…at all. Finally – and perhaps most importantly – the black pair that I own handle the low to mixed light conditions ever-present in NW Europe absolutely brilliantly!

As a seasoned fan of all that is Galibier I jumped at the launch special offer for the new precision optics sunglasses – despite being the contented owner of a pair of Oakley Jawbreakers it seemed too good to resist. I went for the black frames with smoke plasma lenses and have been quite frankly blown away by these great value sunglasses. Here’s why; they look great with my Oakley ARO3 helmet, they are light and comfortable to wear, the lens quality is amazing (my eyes feel more relaxed wearing these than with either the Oakley Prism lenses or my Ray Bans – they are very very good!), the ventilation is superb and they just feel right. Sure I love all things Galibier but there’s a good reason for this, namely that they sell great quality gear at a great price. Another great Galibier product.

I was looking to replace a very well worn old pair of Oakleys and knowing how good the quality and level of detail of all the Galibier products I have stocked my wardrobe up with.
The pictures look great but the glasses when received looked even better.
I went for the white with smoked lenses and wasn’t disappointed.
With a first wear they felt super light and very comfortable.
So the first ride was in overcast conditions with spots of brightness breaking through the clouds.
The lenses was perfect for the conditions, allowing for perfect viewing no matter the light level, no fogging up either thanks to the vents. Not had that before and made a big difference.
The second ride was in bright sunshine and better suited to a perfect test. They didn’t disappoint at all. In and out of brightness and shade the levels were perfect for me.
The vent in this test kept me cool also, it was nice to have air traveling across that part of a sweaty face.
The only thing that for me is something I need to get use to is the amount of light that is let in through the sides as my Oakley’s were wrap around. I will get used to it no doubt.
Another great and well thought out product from Galibier yet again, well done.
Also they look that classic/ Retro they are good enough for normal sun-glass wearing conditions.
